Capturing the most important and life changing First Days that can sometimes be a blur
Take the hassle out of Newborn photos by having photos in your home - I bring the studio to you, anywhere within the Manawatu/Rangitikei area and I’m happy to travel further for an additional fee.
This is such an easy process in those busy newborn days. Capturing photos of your newborn, your family and yourself without having to leave home means that you have everything you need without having to pack a bag. Doing photos this way works well for toddlers and older siblings also, they are in their own surroundings and if they get bored or are done with pictures they can wander off to play with their own toys.
With all of that said, I do now offer the option of a studio set up in Palmerston North. Fees apply. Some people simply don't like their space, or don't have enough space, so I have decided to offer it as an option. It is a lovely, light bright space that will be set up both studio style and life style for more options.

All package prices include a full studio style set up brought to your home. This includes backdrops, lighting, props, wraps, outfits, headbands and bonnets for baby.
First Days + First Family Photos Package
A beautiful mix of the First Days Package outlined below as well as First Family Photos. Includes both studio-style and lifestyle photos of baby on their own as well as with the whole family. This is a great way of getting the dreamy wrapped and posed studio style photos you see on thank you cards as well as relaxed lifestyle photos you can treasure forever. These sessions take a little longer since it is all inclusive but is worth it if you want a wide variation of images. Approximately 2.5 - 3 hours

- In home studio-style and lifestyle photos of your family with your newborn

First Days Package
Focusing only on your newborn and done within 7-10 days of being born this package allows time for baby to adjust to their new life while still being squishy enough to feel comfortable being wrapped and bundled the way they were used to before being born. This session includes the use of wraps, props and accessories. Approximately 1.5 - 2 hours.

- In home studio style photos of your newborn with various set ups in colours of your choice
- A selection of up to 5 edited digital images

First Days + One
A mix of the First Days Package outlined above plus One family member. Includes both studio-style and lifestyle photos of baby on their own as well as with one member of the family. This is ideal when it's just Mama and Babe or a sibling to have photos together. Approximately 2 hours

Very First Days Package
A delicate and almost 'from-a-distance' mini session where baby is photographed within the first 48 hours of being born.
Images in these sessions are usually focused on capturing the beautiful new bond forming between baby and parents and are all natural and squishy.
Since these sessions are done so soon after birth the sessions are kept short - but still enough time to capture precious memories. Usually around 30min.
Whats included:
- Lifestyle images captured either in hospital or at home
- A selection of up to 6 edited digital images.

Birth Photography

My birth photography is about preserving those moments honestly and beautifully. The atmosphere, the emotion and the tiny details that can so easily become a blur.
I take a quiet, unobtrusive approach allowing you to stay completely present in your birth while I document the story unfolding around you.
From the calm before it begins to the moments immediately after your baby arrives, I capture the connection, emotion and details that make your birth uniquely yours.
There is no posing. No performance. Just your story, exactly as it happened.

Years from now, you may not remember every detail of the day your baby was born.

Your wedding day is made up of hundreds of little moments. The anticipation, the laughter, the happy tears, the people you love and the quiet moments in between.
My approach to wedding photography is personal, professional and fun. I'm a little bit whacky, little bit dad jokes, little bit bossy boots, but a lotta bit fun.
I want to get to know you before your wedding day, understand what is important to you, and create photographs that feel genuine to your relationship and the people around you.
This isn't simply about turning up on the day with a camera. I'm there to help you feel prepared, comfortable and confident from the beginning.
I don't do complicated, I'm straight forward, there for as long as you need me, don't limit my time with you and keep things easy breezy.
Your wedding experience
Before your wedding
We'll meet before your wedding to talk through your plans, your day and the things that matter most to you. This is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to ask questions, talk through ideas and feel comfortable with me before the big day.
I can also be there for your practice or rehearsal where possible, giving me the opportunity to understand how your ceremony will unfold and where I need to be to capture it beautifully, and talk through how to get the best photos on the day.
On your wedding day
From getting ready to the final celebrations, I'll document your day as it naturally unfolds.
I'll capture the details you've spent so much time choosing, the people who came to celebrate with you, the big moments and the fleeting ones you might not even realise happened.
I bring my bad jokes where needed, and offer gentle direction where there's awkwardness particularly during portraits and group photographs, while leaving plenty of space for the day to simply happen.
After your wedding
You won't be waiting months, I assure you. Give me 3 weeks and I'll have your gallery in your hands. Your photographs are carefully selected and professionally edited to create a beautiful collection that tells the story of your day from beginning to end.
The aim is not just to give you beautiful photographs, but photographs that bring you back to how it felt to be there.
Wedding Photography from $3,800
A complete wedding photography experience, from our first meeting through to your finished collection of photographs.
Includes all meetings and communications before the day, and all the images from your special day.
No time limits on the day, as long as I'm not up before the sun, or helping with end of the night tidy up!
Queensbury Albums, canvas and photo prints are available on request.

Professional Photo Printing
Please get in touch if you would like me to organise Professionally printed photos, framed images and albums.
These are printed in New Zealand using a Professional Photographer-only company who provide top quality prints.
Their work is stunning and I highly recommend getting your images printed this way to keep the beautiful, long
lasting quality of the photos for displaying in your home.
You can choose to have them framed, with the choice of a number of frame colour options.
I will organise the printing, check the quality once they have arrived and have them delivered to you, all usually within approximately 10-12 days. In some cases I will hand deliver the items, especially in instances when a frame has been ordered or the images are large in size.
